May 30th 2006: Great news for Anastasia Myskina as she won her 1st round at the Roland Garros tournament. She posted a 2 set win against Sania Mirza, a 6-4, 6-1 win that now puts her up against Melinda Czink
May 27th 2006: Anastasia's run in Istanbul came to an end today as she was defeated by Shahar Peer 1-6, 6-3, 7-6:( She now heads to Roland Garros where she will play the French Open! See the main draw here:)
May 26th 2006: Anastasia was solid today, she posted a 6-2, 7-6 win against Michaela Krajicek, she will now play in the final, she'll face Shahar Peer:)
May 25th 2006: Anastasia continued her road in Istanbul today, again it wasn't easy but she posted a 6-4, 7-6 win against Catalina Castano, she will now face Michaela Krajicek!
May 24th 2006: Great news for Anastasia as she won her 2nd round at the Istanbul tournament. She posted a 2 set win against Tszvetana Pironkova, a 6-4, 6-2 win that now puts her up against Catalina Castano or Tamira Pasczek
May 18th 2006: Unfortunately Anastasia Myskina suffered a 2 set loss in the Rome tournament 2nd round, a 1-6, 4-6 loss.
May 17th 2006: Great news for Anastasia Myskina as she won her 2nd round at the Rome tournament. She posted a 3 set win against Roberta Vinci, a 6-0, 1-6, 6-4 win that now puts her up against Svetlana Kuznetsova.
May 15th 2006: Great news for Anastasia Myskina as she won her 1st round at the Rome tournament. She posted a 3 set win against Viktoriya Azarenka, a 6-3, 3-6, 7-6 win that now puts her up against Sofia Arvidsson or Roberta Vinci.
May 2nd 2006: Anastasia was in action today playing her first match at the J&S Cup in Warsaw. Unfortunately, sh was surprised by Agnieszka Radwanska 6-4, 4-6, 6-4...:(
